2008 H & H Loyalty Program
Beginning January 1, 2008, all regular priced Breyer Traditional Scale, Sandicast and Starlite Equine Collection models purchased during 2008 by any H&H Customer* will be eligible for the 2008 H&H Loyalty Program.

Program Guidelines: After purchasing 7 Breyer Traditional Scale, Sandicast or Starlite Equine Collection models during the calender year of 2008, you will be eligible to receive your 8th Regular Priced** Breyer Traditional, Sandicast or Starlite model FREE (up to a $50 value including shipping or a $50 credit applied to one of the eligible models). This offer is valid for all H&H Customers including our Canadian Customers.

When ordering your Free 8th model online, put a note in the "Special Instructions:" section of the checkout that this model will be redeemed for the 2008 H & H Loyalty Program. PLEASE NOTE: The price will be adjusted to FREE or the credit applied after the website order is placed, but before your payment is processed. If ordering by phone, please note this is your Free 8th model in the 2008 H&H Loyalty Program. Enter as many times as you like!

*All Customers with addresses in the same household with the same billing and shipping addresses will qualify as an H&H Customer for this program.
**Bodies, items sold as Bargain Barn, or otherwise noted as not eligible do not qualify for this program.

Handpicking
Handpicking is available for nearly all models. Handpicking consists of removing the model from its original box, visual inspection to insure live show quality, and repacking in tissue and styrofoam in original box, then boxed for shipping in order that no box rubs occur. The cost for this service varies for each model and is in addition to shipping. It is worth the investment to serious collectors and show exhibitors. Please allow 3-4 weeks for orders containing handpicked models.

Visual Inspection
With this option, the model will be visually inspected to make sure that there are no obvious rubs, badly painted areas, rough seams etc. This option does not insure a live show quality model, but we will give it a thorough visual inspection. This option is popular with serious collectors who do not wish to remove models from their original boxes.Please allow 2-3 weeks for orders containing Visually Inspected models.

Layaways
We offer 60 day layaway on orders over $100. Terms for 60 day layaways are 1/3 down, 1/3 in 30 days, and 1/3 in 60 days. Layaway payments are the strict responsibility of the customer to submit on a timely basis. Unfulfilled layaways will be cancelled if they become more than 60 days behind in scheduled payments. Unfulfilled or canceled Layaways will be subject to a 25% noncompliance and restocking fee.

Gift Registry
We now offer a Gift Registry Service to aid our customers, their friends, family members, and the Model Horse Community in the joy of gift giving and receiving.

Requirements are as follows: 1) It will be the responsibility of the individual to update and notify H & H of any changes or updates to the list. 2) Only 1 update will be made per person in a calendar month. 3) Each Person will be allowed 10 Gift Items. 4) Entries with no updates within 6 months will be deleted due to inactivity. 5) H & H Assumes NO liability for information submitted or available to the public.

Gift Wrapping
Because of the number of requests that we have of customers ordering gifts from us to be sent to others, we are now offering a gift wrapping option. We will gift wrap your model or models, with appropriate paper and a bow and ship them to the recipient of your choice. We will also include an enclosure card with personal sentiment. You must let us know the occasion in order to choose a suitable wrapping. The additional charge for this service will be $7.50 each.

Gift Card
We will be glad to provide gifts cards for orders shipped to an alternate address when the gift wrapping option is not choosen.

Damages and Returns
Orders containing Items damaged during shipping or order problems of any nature must be reported to us within 72 hours of delivery. We will file the necessary claim with the shipper. In order to file a claim, you must keep the original box in which the order was shipped and all packing materials. If you do not have these at the time the inspection is made by the shipper, H & H Winners' Circle, nor the shipper will be held liable for the damage. If these guidelines are not followed, H & H Winners' Circle will assume no liability for handling, processing the claim and will not be responsible for any reimbursement of the damaged goods.

Returns must be authorized by H & H before credit will be given and before returning any items. All sales are final on books and catalogs. Please call or email for a return authorization number. Returns shipped to H & H without an Return Authorization will not be processed. Non-Defective merchandise must be returned, new, unopened and in original condition. Customers requesting to return non-defective merchandise will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Return authorizations must be requested within 10 DAYS of receipt of merchandise. Unauthorized Returns or misrepresented damage claims will be returned to customer at customer's expense.
