1) Customers must choose H&H Standard Shipping during checkout and the address provided must be deliverable through our choice of UPS Ground Service or USPS in the Continental US ONLY.

2) Orders must total over $49.99 of items offering FREE Shipping to receive FREE Shipping from this promotion.

3) Shipping charges will appear in your total and on your order confirmation. They will be adjusted or removed prior to your order being processed and your Credit Card Charged, PayPal Request being sent, or being emailed with your request for mailing payment.

4) To qualify for FREE Shipping, the order must ship Complete in a single shipment. Multiple shipments will not be allowed and you will NOT receive FREE Shipping on backorders.

IMPORTANT: When choosing a shipping option, H & H Standard Shipping will be your most economical shipping option. This option is available to UPS Ground Deliverable and USPS addresses ONLY in the lower 48 US States. When choosing USPS Priority Mail, USPS Parcel Post, USPS Express Shipping, Next Day, Second Day, or 3rd Day shipping options, you will be charged for actual insured shipping charges plus a nominal charge for shipping boxes and packing materials ($1-$4.50).

We will use our discretion in sending smaller articles through the US Postal Service. Please let us know in the special instructions box during checkout if your shipping address is not accessible by the US Postal Service or UPS. H&H will not be responsible for missed deliveries because we are not provided this information. If you choose H&H Standard shipping going to a PO box or address that we can see is not deliverable by UPS Ground, you order will be shipped using the USPS.

If you choose USPS Priority Mail, USPS Parcel Post, USPS Express Shipping, NEXT DAY, 2nd DAY, or 3rd DAY your shipping charges will be calculated and added to your total when your order is processed. If you would like to have those charges emailed to you, please include those instructions in the Special Instructions area of checkout.

Shipping on Breyer Gallery Items, Resins, and Porcelains will be a minimum of $11 depending on the size and value of the item.

If you would like NEXT DAY, 2nd, or 3rd Day Select Shipping, you will be emailed the exact shipping charges for these services if they exceed the $15 minimum Express Shipping charge. These charges will not be reflected on your order confirmation. Your order will be shipped using the Express Method after you have replied to the email agreeing to be responsible for the charges of the express shipping charges you have chosen. If you do not reply to this email within 2 business days, your order will be shipped using H&H Standard Shipping. We must have your reply by 3:00 pm CDST in order for it to ship that same day. There will be a Service Charge for all Express Shipped Orders in addition to actual shipping charges. Express Orders must be received before 12:00pm CDST to be shipped the same day. Minimum Express Shipping charge on any order will be $15.00. UPS will deliver Next Day, 2nd, or 3rd day packages M-F only. If you would like and are willing to pay extra for Saturday delivery for NEXT DAY or 2nd Day, please ask for Saturday delivery in the special instructions box during check-out.

International Customers - International orders will be shipped Insured International Priority Mail or International Global Express only. There will be a $7.50 international service charge applied to all orders in addition to insured shipping charges. We will not give international shipping charge estimates. International orders placed that DO NOT choose one of the international methods of shipping will have their orders calculated and shipping International Insured Priority Mail.

Returns must be authorized by H & H within 5 days of receipt of the merchandise before returning any item. Returns shipped to H & H without an Return Authorization will not be processed. All sales are final on books, bodies, catalogs and bargain barn items. Non-Defective merchandise must be returned new, unopened and in original condition. Customers requesting to return non-defective merchandise will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Refusal of a shipment or non-acceptance will be treated as an unauthorized return.

Customers providing incorrect delivery addresses (addresses NOT formally assigned by the US Postal Service) that result in the address correction service provided by UPS will be responsible for this $7.50 fee. Additional shipping required as the result of shipments returned to H&H will be the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges of a customer refusing shipment and merchandise being returned to H&H will be the responsibility of the customer.

Orders canceled prior to shipping will be assessed a 5% processing fee to cover the cost of preparing and processing. Canceled orders will remain active until such time as the cancellation request is processed and the customer is provided with a cancellation authorization number. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
